Your privacy and household data sovereignty are paramount.
1. Information We Collect
We collect account information (such as your name and email address provided during authentication) and the household operational records you voluntarily store in the application.
2. Local-First Storage
When operating in local demo mode, all vehicle records, home assets, and task checklists are stored directly within your browser's isolated local storage.
3. Third-Party Integrations
- Auth0: Used for secure authentication and identity verification.
- NHTSA VPIC API: Used anonymously to decode VIN numbers. No user identifying info is sent to NHTSA.
4. Data Export & Deletion
You can export a full JSON dump of your entire database or delete your account records at any time directly from the Settings page.
