2. User Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all home asset records, appliance warranties, vehicle logs, maintenance schedules, and photos entered into HearthBoss. We do not sell your personal or household data to third parties.
3. Mechanical & Home Maintenance Disclaimer
Maintenance intervals and vehicle calculations provided by HearthBoss are for informational and scheduling assistance only. Always consult manufacturer guidelines and certified technicians for safety-critical repairs.
4. Subscription & Fair Use
Paid subscriptions provide access to features as specified on the pricing page. Accounts found attempting to abuse public API gateways may be throttled.
